The superficial flexor muscles of the forearm have long tendons that pass into the hand. Remove the skin and underlying fascia from the forearm if this has not already been completed (Figure 7.3).
Before studying the muscles in the forearm, identify the major tendons, arteries, and nerves at the wrist. From the lateral to the medial side of the wrist (Figure 7.4), identify the following structures:
