Step 1. Posterior Femoral Cutaneous Nerve

With the cadaver in the prone position, remove the deep fascia (fascia lata) covering the posterior aspect of the thigh. Identify again the branches of the posterior femoral cutaneous nerve and follow them to the main trunk of the nerve which passes into the gluteal region.
