On the inner surface of the right ventricular wall, identify the muscular ridges, called trabeculae carneae.

Also, identify the usually prominent septomarginal (moderator) band which extends from the interventricular septum to the base of the anterior papillary muscle. This band contains Purkinje fibers which are part of the electrical conducting system of the heart.
