. Examine the sacrospinous ligament [tip of probe] and its relationship to the pudendal nerve, internal pudendal artery and internal pudendal vein. Confirm that the nerve and vessels pass around the ischial spine and between the sacrospinous ligament and sacrotuberous ligament .
