Next, identify the deep branch of the perineal nerve as it passes deep to the inferior fascia of the urogenital diaphragm and enters the deep perineal pouch. These nerves are accompanied by the branches of the internal pudendal artery and vein. Do not open the inferior fascia of the urogenital diaphragm at this time.Links and References:
