Identify the attachment of the greater omentum to the greater curvature of the stomach. Blood and lymphatic vessels and a variable quantity of fat are located within the greater omentum. Reflect the greater omentum superiorly . Confirm its attachment to the transverse colon. The part of the greater omentum between the transverse colon and the stomach is called the gastrocolic ligament. Links and References:
