Identify the structures on the posterolateral wall of the pelvis.
Attempt to identify the pelvic splanchnic (parasympathetic) nerves that arise from the ventral primary rami of S2-S4 and pass to the pelvic viscera. The sacral splanchnic (sympathetic) nerves arise from the sacral ganglia of the pelvic portion of sympathetic trunk.Links and References:
