26. Cervical spine MRI, sagittal plane

The plane of imaging is midsagittal/median. This view further illustrates the observation made for Image #4 that the spinal canal, containing the spinal cord, lies between the posterior margin of the vertebral bodies and the spinolaminar line at the base of the spinous processes.
