1. Pelvis radiograph, AP projection

Each innominate bone consists of an iliac bone, an ischial bone, and a pubic bone. These three bones are contiguous at the acetabulum. Together the two innominate bones and sacrum and coccyx constitute the bony pelvis. Kohler's teardrip respresents the shadow cast by the acetabulum's medial wall on the AP image.

Note how the margin of the urinary bladder is discernable due to the presence of perivesicular fat.
