This is a relatively posterior (dorsal) coronal plane of imaging; the pisiform, anterior to the triquetrum, is not included. Note the triangular fibrocartilage of the wrist between the distal ulna and proximal carpals. This was not discretely visualized on the PA radiograph of the wrist (Image #11)
