14. Wrist MRI, axial plane

The plane of imaging is through the distal radius and ulna. Imagine that this is the left wrist in a pronated position. As in the axial image of the elbow (Image #10) the flexor muscles/tendons are at the ulnar and anterior aspects of the forearm, and the extensor muscles/tendons are at the radial and posterior aspect.
